Act Details
Truagh Ladies GFC are proud to present this act on behalf of all 158 Juvenille and Senior players in our club who look forward to your support for the much needed development of facilities at St Mellans Park.
The dream team of Emma McAree, Colleen McGee, Ella McMeel and Eve McKenna are blessing your screens on 4th November for Truagh’s GAAgglebox and we’d be delighted if you could support our fundraising events and join us all on the Big night - Sat 4th November in the Hillgrove Hotel. We apologise in advance for any offence that may be caused - as during our recording we enjoyed a good scoff at some of the characters in our cub and locality!
A questionably funny group of broke students should be the perfect incentive for you all to join in, in raising funds for the club to help us train hard to win many more shield finals in the future - and the notorious Maria Flood might even be motivated enough to get the 2 knees working to avail of the club again.
Update: Our fundraising campaign got off to a great start on 7th-8th October with a highly successful Cake Sale after Sunday Masses in our parish. Thank you to everyone who baked and donated food items and everyone who supported it. Thank you also to everyone who has donated to date and for the local businesses who are sponsoring our Act.
We also had a fundraising Raffle for a €500 euro voucher for the luxurious Galgorm Resort & Spa in Co. Antrim. Thank you to everyone who donated or bought €10 euro tickets. Congratulations to Georgina Woods who was the lucky winner!
Finally we look forward to meeting all of you to the Hillgrove Hotel on Sat 4th November for our GAAggle Box Event and welcome you to purchase a €20 euro ticket via the 'Get Tickets' icon above. Alternatively tickets are available from our Truagh Ladies GFC Chairman Gene Flood 0877687257 or Secretary Cathy O'Reilly 0863006983 or any of our Ladies Committee, Senior Ladies - Mean Girls. All tickets purchased from us is added to our total so we look forward to your support. This promises to be a great night for the people of Truagh and beyond when we can have a good laugh at ourselves, let the hair down, shake a leg and drink a keg or two! We hope to see you all there.
