OMG – Is this the Friends cast? Why yes, it is! We are Durrow’s answer to New York’s favourite group of mates and could we be any more excited about recreating one of the most loved TV shows!
We have Becky Jacob taking on the role of Rachel, Sophie Lawlor as Phoebe, Millie Conroy as Monica, Darragh Townsend as Ross, Vinny O’Brien as Chandler, Calvin O’Brien as Joey, Adam Carroll as Frank Buffay Jr, Cillian Thornton as Roy, Olivia Hooran as Janice, Michael O’Brien as Gunter, Elisha Gilligan, Eabha Donovan and Sophie Clooney as Rachels three friends, Edward O’Brien as Chip and Michael O'Brien as Alice Buffay. A super group of young volunteers! We have Niall & Orla Bracken as Jack & Judy Geller and off screen we have Rita Casey, Pat Farrell and Emer O’Brien supporting with fundraising and rehearsals.
We have an amazing cast and team of friends, old and new from Durrow, Abbeyleix, Mountrath, Portlaoise and Ballyraggett helping to make our Fechin Friends a huge success in raising funds for the new community hub in Durrow and for the following months they will answer to both names LOLS! They are all making an appearance ready to ‘perk’ you up with their acting skills.
Could we BE any more serious about winning? Well, if you are interested in some canned laughs, a bit of fun, a good night out and a trip down memory lane all neatly organised into a 10 min short which is sure to have you cackling with laughter and howling “Oh my Gawd” then Fechin Friends is for you!
So, PIVOT your attention this way, support us through sponsorship and we’ll be there for you!!
